Lancaster leaps to his feet and dashes for the grappling gun. The creature twists and snaps at him from behind, barely missing. When Lancaster reaches the gun, he swings forward and shifts his weight to the side. As the beast lunges past him, Lancaster swings around the enormous body. He presses a button and, holding on for dear life, flies up toward the roof. He looks back for a moment to see the creature recover, and his hat falls off his head and into the creature's snapping jaw. Just as he reaches the top, the monster leaps up at him, and Lancaster pulls himself up over the lip, and rolls down the side of the convex roof. The creature's powerful jaws crash through the roof. Rubble slides down behind and all around Lancaster.
He reaches the bottom, and rocks fall all around him, some on top of him. He is almost covered in rubble. He could use this to hide, but he is not trapped in it, and he could make a run for it.
What should Lancaster do?
